Bringing your dog to us for regular visits will enable us to build up a positive relationship with your dog, and help with the detection of any minor abnormalities or changes in your dog – early detection and a visit to your vet can be life-changing – or even life-saving!

We believe in ‘humanity above vanity’ at ALL times –  we check your dog for parasites, such as fleas, ticks, and ear mites. We will select the appropriate organic shampoo tailored specifically for your dog, and are happy to use any shampoos prescribed by your vet. Matted hair in your dog is extremely painful for them – your dog may have to be clipped short if it has severe matting, (don’t worry – we will advise you if this is necessary before we start!) and a follow-up appointment made for a few months later to enable us to ‘start again’ and trim your dog into the desired style. However, regular, professional grooming will help to avoid this happening and keep your dog looking its best!
